I only use second gear start when at a stop in standing or paccked snow. Once the car is move, it goes to drive. You are right excessive use drvie heat the fluid. I only use it when I need it. It works everytime.
Mr. Cabbage. What you said about D vs OD is interesting. I'll have to take it to the track and find out. I know what you mean about the aa/c. cutting out. I guess it's a fuel economy/performance thing. My 60' is 2.073 in D. I figured I wouldn't technique.

Did you have a problem with the tranGo and the torque management setting?

i think i know whats going on with your transmission...........the same thing happened to me..........i think your gears are slipping and you are going to have to get a new transmission...................is your rpm level abnormally high also??..............i think you will need a whole new trans.......sorry!
