So, since my sorry a$$ car only ran a 14.1@100mph (partly cuz I cant drive it), I wanna do the same mods in hope for some low 13's

I have a few dumb Questions.

Whats the Difference beteen a CAI and a Lid?
Whats a IAT?
Whats a 85 mm MAF?
How hard is it to install a 160* Termo?

 

CAI- K&N's open element replacement for the lid
IAT (Intake Air Temp sensor)- Its a timing tricker www.installuniversity.com
85mm MAF- It is a larger Mass Air Flow sensor

My suggestion is to learn how to drive before trying to mod it hoping for similar numbers. I can't tell you how many times I've heard people whine that "someone with X mods got this why can't I?".

depends on who you ask. The loss or gain is minimal over a lid and the fast toys ram air.
