This started a few weeks ago.... When ever I get on it alittle bit... say 3500 RPM or higher and then either let off or shift the rpms continue to rise for a split second or longer. It feels like the throttle is sticking open but I checked the throttle return spring and it still has plenty of pressure to it. I also thought it might be some sort of vaccum problem, but I can't find any leaks. I took the TB off and cleaned it, but I still have the same problem. Could it be the electronic idle thing that sits on the TB above the Throttle position sensor?
