Yes, that is the 205cc runner heads. My flow numbers were;

.050 _34.8
.100 _69.6
.150 101.3
.200 127.1
.250 154.6
.300 181.7
.350 206.2
.400 231.5
.450 250.9
.500 265.5
.550 274.0
.600 279.4
.650 263.8
.700 265.6

Also, here's the flow #'s from Dart's 225 heads (as cast of course);

.050 _35.6
.100 _65.7
.150 _96.6
.200 128.8
.250 158.4
.300 185.9
.350 212.6
.400 237.5
.450 259.0
.500 274.5
.550 286.3
.600 294.1
.650 300.6
.700 301.2

These numbers are off the SAME flow bench.

did you go with the 850-16 lifters or the Comp R's? if you didn't buy them yet, I'd recommend the OEM style
315 is at .550 and the runner size is either 225 or 205. Those numbers were generated by the 225 runners. I am getting the OEM style roller lifters. Since my engine has about 120K miles it's due for a little refreshening internally. My hp goal is 425 RWHP (conservatively) which should be attainable with the head/cam package I am getting. ET goals would be in the low to mid 12's. I am getting the 205 runners and these heads are ported, bowls blended and polished they are not stock Dart heads and are good for 300+CFM (http://www.pm-fl.com/catalog/product...ebd5047692d5b7)

Re: Head Cam Package finalized.

honestly...425rwhp is gonna be pretty tough with that small of a cam.

most guys running the TR224 cam only see about 400rwhp with most setups.

you may do it...but i'd be surprised.

but by all means...prove me wrong. if you do it should be a nice tame street car

Save your money and just put in a used 224/224 cam and a 12-bolt / 9" Ford.

I went 12.52 with my bolt-on car. 4.10 gears, slicks, 6600 launch, full exhaust, etc. Just basic bolt ons will get you to your goal.

Some more thinking/research might be in order.
