Have a few Questions

How can you tell if you bent a pushrod on a 2000 LS1? Would it through a code or would it just have poor performace?

Also I have a 2000 Camaro SS and I recently did a full tune up, plugs, wires, fuel filter, etc. I notice the car idles kinda rough like around 600-700rpm's it jumps up a 100rpms sometimes then down. I am not sure if this is normal but the car is not throwing any codes.
