Can anybody post what these 10 free mods from GMHTP magazine that everybody's talking about?

 

I thought there were only 5??? Unless they came out with a new article, I remember them talking about:

Free Cold air
Port MAF
Port TB
TB Bypass
EGR mod (!EGR)

curious why you bought a 04,why not wait for the 05 and the LS2 engine

From a couple of issues ago:

Descreen MAF (do not port!)
Port Throttle Body
Throttle Body Coolant bypass
EGR mod (cut tube section inside manifold)
Free Ram Air (cut section of plastic tray panel under filter)

I beleive they saw about 10RWHP with all these.

 

I wouldn't do this one, i did it and all it's done is made my airfilter get really dirty really fast all the time.

 

I think that depends on where you live, and where you drive. I did this mod, and I haven't had any problems w/ mine getting any dirtier than normal. I wouldn't do it if you lived on a dirt/gravel road or a very dry area though.

Just depends on the location
