what gears come in the 00 Ram Air????

 

depends on the tranny
m6 will be 3.42
a4 will be 2.73, or 3.23

 

Whats the code I can look for to find out what gear it has?

 

The WS6 is very similar to the SS and the SS comes with 3.32s on the A4 and all M6s get 3.42s.

But if you want to be sure:
GU2=2.73
GU5=3.23
If its a stock manual it has to be 3.42s (GU6)
Cars with 3.42s and 3.23s have a one piece aluminum drive shaft.
