I've noticed a kind of creaking noise coming from the back axle area specifically when I turn. I'm just wondering if any of you have heard this before. I have a 1998 Camaro Z28 5.7. Also, is the tire pressure suppose to be 30psi?

 

Change your rear axle fluid and make sure to add the posi additive.

The recommened inflation on the placard on the door is 30psi. I have found the GSC's like 32psi for flat tread wear.

i run 35 psi all around in my tires. i think 30 is too low for regular driving.
