After replacing both tensioner assembly's ( was able to return one of them after install ) ........... it was the AC belt the whole time. Live and learn i guess.

Now i can Finally drive with the top down and not be embaresed

 

So you replaced the a/c tensioner as well? Hmm.. I've replaced both belts and one tensioner so maybe it's my a/c tensioner.
