Is a ES tranny mount worth it?

I am contemplating buying an Energy suspension transmission mount. Should i get one? They are only like 25 bucks at autozone and i wanted to know if its worth it. It looks easy to install so im not worried about that. thanx guys

Most people get crazy vibration from them. IMHO, not worth it.

I installed one and now have a lot of vibration, more than I can handle. I am going to buy a stock mount and just replace it every year.

my advice is to use the stock tranny mount that has the exposed metal around it that limits the travel. i had a 1le mount and it allowed my y-pipe to bang the bottom of my car under moderate acceleration. i tossed it after only 2 days of driving.

I loved mine.. When I do a mod to replace a failed part, I do so with the intention of making my car better/faster..

I love the stiffer feel of poly bushings.. some dont.. its up to you as to what you want your car to perform or feel like..

I know when my stock mount goes, there will be an ES poly bushing there to replace it!

I think I would understand the people that whine about the harshness if these were Mercedes, but they are Camaros...

The stock one will just break again , My formula LT1 broke 3 stock ones before I decided to go with the more expensive one . It does vibrate more but it will shift more firmly .
