This annoying noise is coming from my engine bay. Its not the power steering pump nor the alternator. A new tensioner/idler pulley has been installed. Any other suggestions?? With the serpentine belt off this noise does not exist.

mine does thing like that when flooring it at high rpm, i call it my super charger i think its my power steering..
