I was wonder if there is a differency between an ls1 balancer/pulley and the 6.0, 5.3, 4.8 and v6 balancer/pulley?

If not are they interchangeable?

 

I don't know about the truck engines, but I can tell you that the ls1 pulleys between C5's and LS1 F-Bodies aren't even interchangeable. I put an LS6 longblock in my '98 Z28 and I had to use the LS1 F-Body pulley. The diameter was the same, but the offset for the accessories was not so the belts wouldn't line up if I used the C5 pulley.
