i think they should say drivers and passengers. a good thing to do is sell em back out and have the darkest tent out there put on the t-tops. you can still look up and see the stars yet no sun

On the cardboard side of the inserts there should be a small circular piece attached to each corner. That is two pieces of velcro stuck together. The top piece will have an adhesive under a layer of plastic. Leave the top pieces in position and remove the plastic from the top of each of the four dots. Remove the correct t-top and turn it upside down on a cloth or somewhere where it won't get scratched. Place the insert in position on the t-top then press on each of the four adhesive discs to get them to adhere to the inside glass surface of the t-top. Now you have the four small pieces of velcro glued to the inside corners of your t-top. To remove the inserts gently pull until the velco tabs seperate. I hope I didn't confuse you too much. Actually it's pretty easy to do.

Kind of a PITA, but anyhow...

place the t top shade in position with the t top off the car... there is a little groove in the rubber weatherstrip where they fit nicely.

Then put the t top on the car as if they werent in the way... but with the handle in the closed (locked position). Obviously the top wont drop all the way on the car... hits the A and B pillar. Reach inside and push the t top shade's outside edge up towards the glass on the top until it comes in contact with the glass. It shoul be in the corner between the trim and the glass on the outer edge of the top... reopen the handle of the t top and drop it down on the car, making sure the t top cover stays aligned inside. lock down the tops and repeat for the other side.

First try is intimidating, but after that they go in real smooth. Ive only had mine in a handful of times...
