Dropping a cylinder?????

I have a problem. It is on a 99 H/C camaro. When I drive "normal", under 25% throttle, the drives fine. When I go past 25%, the car is dropping a cylinder. Not sure which one. It threw a code (P0327) for a knock sensor, but as far as I know, the retard is programmed out. What are the chances of a coil going bad. Also it has MSD 8.5 wires on it that are not that old, NGK's in it that still have maybe 4000 miles on them. The car itself has 80k miles on it. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks
Brandon

I found my problem. Bad coil pack. Try that and good luck!
