how do i remove the the throttle cable from the firewall is there some sort of trick to this i dont want to break this thing

 

you just yank it out of thier. I just had to change mine and the guy at the dealership said to just yank it out, and i did and it worked good for me and the new one just went right in there. It's made like a spear so when you put it in it catches the firewall when you pull it back and it just snaps in there. Hope this helps

 

lol will that break the cable because i have the donor car and i need to get the one out of t hat one i dont want to break the one from the ls1 the v6 one i can break
