Does the amplifier and CD changer have a fuse?

I have the factory Monsoon system on my 1998 Z28 and earlier today I was unscrewing the factory amplifier located behind the spare tire, and when I moved it out, two wires that appeared to be coming off touched and they sparked and now there is no sound when I turn the stereo on, nor does my CD changer appear to have any power. Is there a fuse for the amplifier and cd changer? I looked at the engine bay in the fuse holders but the ones I looked at looked ok. Does any one know the location of the fuse I need to replace?

You looked in the engine bay fuses?

Look in the fuses inside the car, one that closes in with the driver side door. I forget the exact fuse, but when you pull out the fuse cover, it will show you what fuses are for which part.

Ok I'll do that. Thanks for the fast reply. I was looking under the dash for another fuse block like the older camaros had lol. I didn't know it was next to the door.

ok I looked at the fuse box in the side of the dash near the door and found a blown 25 amp fuse, I replaced it and it works now, thanks.
