Do your FLP's bang the floor

I am about to throw these $1300 peices of **** in the river. First FLP sends me the wrong year headers, but they exchanged the one header. Then they send me another complete set and I have to spend the time to return the extra set (well I didn't *have* to legally, but I did the right thing). Now the sponsor I bought them from tells me that no one else is having a problem.

So far to fix the problem we have bent the floor in, bent the Y-pipe down, installed a 1LE trans mount and installed an engine restraint strap. I guess I will also have to install the heater hose mod.

Sorry I had to vent!

Sorry to hear about that. I've been very pleased with mine and have had no problems to date. Good luck!

I have heard that the FLP's bang the floor board a lot, I thought I read somewhere though that there is something you could do to correct that. I would call FLP and ask if there is anyway to correct it, if there isn't, then I would sell them if they bother you that much

My FLP's don't bang at all. Just do the heater hose mod & you'll be fine. Should have done that in the 1st place.
