Do ls1s ever blow up on the dyno?

I was just hearing lately that lt1's sometimes have problems on dynos because they over heat and break down. Does this ever happen to LS1s? I'm planning on getting my car dynoed within the next few weeks, I have just a few mods. Also, is it ok to dyno a car in cold weather? Like 30s or 40s? Thanks guys.

no cars will break down on the dyno if they are running right. if they aren't up to par then they will break down so if your car is fine then you'll be fine.
