Which cold air induction?

So everyone, what cold air induction should I purchase for the baby girl? Was looking at LMPerformance.com and was thinking about the SSRA Super Sucker Ram Air Kit. Whats everyone's opinions? Thanks for the input all!

I have the SLP CIA (cold air induction) and I like how it picks up at high speed. SSRA i think is the best, but getting an aftermarket air lid to go with it is better. SSRA, FTRA, slp CIA, any of this kit will work well.
The only downfall about these kits, when it rains and you drive over a fat puddle of water and the water gets sucked into the engine it can cause hydrolock. But its very rare and SSRA comes with a block off plate.

I'm going to go with the SSRA and the TSP smoked clear lid. I also checked out Pschocabbage's page on which he did some tests with lid and filter combos with very interesting results. Good Luck

i went with SLPs CAI because the other parts tend to block the radiator and hang too low or might suck up water.i dont see how SLPs would cause any of these problems.

most likely kits like FTRA,SSRA will give you better track results.

coogsLS1, the FIPK is a different type of set up. For any of the cold air inductions to work properly you need an air lid. The SSRA feeds into the bottom of the of the air filter. The SSRA comes with weatherstripping to seal the airlid. This creates a slight pressurization effect in the air lid, sealing your incoming air to cooler outside air. With this kit you won't be taking in hot underhood air.
