clutch pedal

Where does your clutch pedal catch ? Mine seems to catch real high, almost at the point where I take my foot off it.is this right and if not is there an adjustment for it ? This is the first car I've owned with a hydroulic clutch so if the question seems stupid,oh well, sorry about that.

Same here, in my 02 z28 the engagment point from the clutch is also really high. And from my understanding, there isn't a way to adjust the stock clutch master cylinder. However, there are after market master cylinders that are adjustable, such as the McLeod Master Cylinder.

Thanks for the reply,it sents my mind at ease. The last car I had that did that was a '71 Vette and the clutch started slipping not too long after that and that's what I was worried about.
