I need a set of cheap rod and main bearings. im gonna clearance my block for the new stroke and need to throw it together and then take it apart and send the block away to get new sleeves. was just wondering what the cheapest bearings out there were? ive seen em in like the 70 dolar range for the mains. any recomendations?

 

why? all that engine work and want to cheap out on bearings? I'd just put in some Clevite bearings (granted not the cheapest) and at least feel safe about...

but if your stuck on the cheapest ones - call up your local Autozone I'm sure they have to be about the bottom end.
