if you are sitting in traffic like at a light for 2 minutes or so and you go to take off it kind of hesitates and then takes off and runs fine. anyone else's car do this? anyone know what i can do to fix this?

Have you replaced plugs lately? Maybe the spark is jumping and you are not firing on all cylinders. When I installed my headers the back right plug was not connected totally. Just a guess.
