Car shift 1st to 4th quickly after CAM install

My buddy installed his 222/224 cam and now it shifts 1st to 4th within seconds . If he stomps on it, then it will run fine but he cant cruise off the line. He has been tuned by jeremy. He replaced his tps sensor and when he puts it on a scanner it shows .61 off the gas and when full throttle it shows .47. Also the scanner shows 100 percent throttle when he has it to the floor too. Everything checks out fine. Not sure whats going on.

Depending on the camshaft he may have to have a retune, i know there's some way you can fix this problem by drilling holes somewhere but i'm not big on automatics.
