Camaro SS M6..... Bogging

I have a 98 Camaro SS M6 and the engine was rebuilt about 5,000 miles ago. However, when I am accelerating, if im not punching it, the car doesnt wan't to go, it kind of feels like the whole car is shaking and it accelerates very slowly util it hits about 3,500 RPM's and then it is back to normal. It will do this in every gear 1-6. I don't know if it could just be because the car is running pretty rich or what. If anyone could give me some suggestions that would be great.

Your 02 Sensors are fried. I gurantee this. Below 3500 or so your car will bog and stutter, but if you punch it, it takes a second.. clears up and goes.

Get your codes scanned, find out which 02 it is.. and replace it.. car will run 100% better.

Thanks alot for the replies guys.... I was thinking that it would just need a tune too, but I never even thought about the O2 sensors. Im going to have everything scanned sometime this weekend and I'll let ya know what happens. Again, Thanks for the help.
