doing a cam almost requires that you do pushrods, and obviously springs.

with those cams you should se around 375rwhp give or take, maybe slightly less with the high stall.

you could go higher on the lift with a better cam and make some more power.

Why such small cams? Even with stock heads, you could go with something in the range of a 228 cam and make a little more power without sacrificing much.

I wouldn't even look at a cam smaller then 224/224 114. That is emission passible (with a good tune) and very street friendly. If strict emission testing was not a concern then I wouldn't be afraid to step it up to a FM13 or even a TSP 233/239 if you ever planed to spray.

Cams are a lot like torque converters. If you go too small you are almost guaranteed to regret it later and want bigger. But obviously you don't want to go too big so I won't recommend a Trex or MS3

Good luck.

The Futral F-13 is basically the best cam you can install in an LS1. Near-stock driveability with a slightly lopey idle along with good gas mileage and great power.

i would guess you'd be in the 390-400rwhp range...depending on the tune and how much the stall and gears soak up.

you may want to reserve one soon. When I called to buy mine I was on a waiting list for about 2 weeks because F13's are always sold.
