Cam Question

If i install a 224-228 581/581 cam in my 99 ls1 will i need a stall, will it bough at the launch or what

You don't NEED a stall.. but it is highly recommended to get the full potential out of your new cam..

I think most people recommend the stall converter and then the cam.. But you can do it either way..

Do the stall and get it dyno tuned to get the most from it.

is the stall going to put a lot of wear on my trans, and what kind of stall should i get with that cam, thanks for ur help

That would depend upon what you want from the car and what you use it for.
