keep in mind that flow numbers are just a tool (like dyno numbers) and a lot of things will/can come into play. port volume, velocity etc. just because a heads flows big numbers does not mean it is a "good" set of heads, again a lot of things come into play here.
our stage 1 "budget" heads flow something like this

Lift Intake Exhaust
.200 153 118

intake port volume is 212cc
exhaust is 78cc
