Are these good flow number for ported ls1 heads?

Are these good flow number for ported ls1 heads?

Intake:
100 - 75cfm
200 - 139
300 - 210
400 - 248
500 - 268
600 - 280

Exhaust:
100 - 50
200 - 103
300 - 140
400 - 184
500 - 201
600 - 207

You can make LT1 castings flow better than that.

keep in mind that flow numbers are just a tool (like dyno numbers) and a lot of things will/can come into play. port volume, velocity etc. just because a heads flows big numbers does not mean it is a "good" set of heads, again a lot of things come into play here.

our stage 1 "budget" heads flow something like this
Flow numbers are
Lift Intake Exhaust
.200 153 118
.300 212 166
.400 243 183
.500 281 212
.600 293 221

intake port volume is 212cc
exhaust is 78cc
