Bogging out around 2500...

I have a 2000 camaro ss, all that i have done to it is a corsa cat-back and slp lid...when im driving around town, it takes off good and around 2500 it feels like it cuts out then it starts taking off good from there on again...any ideas on what can cause this? im rather new at this whole car thing so I dont really know too much...any help is greatly appreciated!!

just having it tuned should fix this problem you think? It's random though, I never noticed it before...

Try cleaning the MAF. If you don't already know how, search here for directions.
