best modification gains
haha exactly... Single plane are defintly beneficial, if you have forced induction or carb'd set-up. Im not sure that a N/A set-up gains are worth the modification to cowl and engine bay, not to mention the cost of a well designed elbow. IMO, by the time your done with all that, I would have just got a FAST set-up. But what do i know

The Weiand is an 80mm Ported & Polished, was told the heatsoak is minimal notice. If its that bad, i will turn around & sell, the qtp headers y-pipe are the reason i went with the package deal in the first place, would have paid same price or more for those two alone elsewhere. None the less, also ordered the Torquer2 cam kit from TSP, ls6 oil pump, ls2 timing chain. Ordered 410 gears & rebuild kit from summit. I doubt I wont be happy with my results. Does anyone have experience/gains they could share with their Torquer2?
I just recieved all my parts today, took everything to a local shop, should be getting it back on Sunday night. I will update my dyno results after tune, and decide if the intake is going to severly hurt me, if not i'll leave it alone, with everything thats going on, I think i will be happy with the results. Only thing left is a new clutch, how are the ls7 clutchs vs the stock ls1? I know they're capable of 505, which is more than i will be putting down, but is the feel different than stock ls1 and any negative features about them?
I put a LS7 clutch/Aluminum flywheel package ($560) in my car. My car still drives very stock like , except with a lot more clutch grip. You'll still need to get a new slave cylinder and pilot bearing/bushing. I also installed a Tic remote bleeder, and adjustable clutch master cylinder. My car has never shifted better then this;even when brand new.
Ordered a slightly used ls7 clutch/pressure plate/ls2 flywheel for $250, it will be here wednesday. Car goes on the dyno tomarrow, crossing my fingers everything goes well. I will update. Thanks to everyone who hand a helping hand in advise
