I am a newbie to cams but have decided that I want one for the low to mid range for my car since I already have some decent top end. Any ideas? I also dont want it to idle too badly but I want to know that it is there. Also with the cam and my setup in the sig, what should I dyno and run in the 1/4?? Thanks again guys.

 

I used to have th TR 220 cam . IT idled pretty smooth maby too smooth.IT had excellent low to mid power. I was cam only at the time but i was runing 11.7 @ 114. You would probly dyno in at about 370-380 with that cam and some Long Tube Headers.
