Slp was one of the top 3 in the test that GM high performances did back 2-4mo ago

Got mine brand new from LS1 Motorsports for $75...I think it was a Whisper lid. Their site is down right now, but I believe you can still call and order through them.

I wouldnt get an K&N filter with it either....get a Holley Powershot or something else....the K&N's come with a cheap *** seal that doesnt work worth a sh*t.

I bought a whisper lid first.Not sure if they have changed design but it got some cracks in it and wasn't very impressed at all.Got a direct flo lid now and its holding up fine.Slp is likely very good quality and a bit heavier in construction.
