You can start by taking off that POS Flowmaster muffler and replacing it with something that actually flows -- like a Magnaflow, Bullet Muffler, etc.

Headers are a great bang for the buck --- Pacesetter LTs are pretty cheap.

Check out the Texas Speed True-Dual Kit. That's what I would get again if I ever got another F-body.

19's don't look bad on 4th gens, especially with a nice drop.

The absolute best bang for the buck with a A4 LS1 car is a good quality high stall torque converter, period. No other mod will even come close to the 6 to 8 tenths off the 1/4 mile and absolute beastly feeling when you hammer it on the street.

If even a stall is out of your range, I suggest you leave the car stock like it is and just keep saving.. Performance parts isn't something you cheap out on. I would do regular maintenance and make sure the car is in top running condition.

Just put on a exhaust cut out before the axle and call it a day for now. Exhaust cut out is about 40 bucks and installing it should be about 40 bucks.
