Is the bellow going to the TB really that restrictive?

Hey, just as the title says. I saw one of these on ebay, is the bellow really all that restrictive? Thanks

not iin the slightest...it's strictly a visual mod...

makes the $$ for the SLP flowpac even more rediculous...

Ya it is just appearance. Also a LOT of people will argue with this but some say you can crack your lid with the smooth bellows because it does not offer flex. Ive got the stocker so im just re hashing what ive heard on ls1 boards.

The smoth bellow that cracks the lid is the Fernco you get at hardware stores. Its pretty rigid.

The others are thinner, but also cost 4X as much as a Fernco.

I also still run my stock bellows.

I am running the stock bellow right now. I am picking up my SLP bellow on Monday. We'll see.

I basically bought the SLP flow pac, just in seperate orders and except that "ram-air" assm. All I noticed is a definite change in throttle response. I think the only difference with the SLP bellows is they can adapt to the 85mm HF MAF.
