Ballpark hp estimates from 216/220 cam?

Ballpark hp estimates from 216/220 cam?
Im currently at 320 rwhp and 331 rwtrq. Car is an 98 M6 with lid and FRA, Macs with cats (not mac cats though), and borla exhaust. What can I expect to gain with the 216/220 cam? Just best guess is all I need. Thanks
