autolite 605?

While working on my ticking sound, which ended up being a combo of a leaking manifold and a loose plug. I examined a plug and to my surpise it was an autolite 605? My car has 32K on it ,so
the plugs had to be installed by the prior owner. O.K. Here's what I think. The Autolite 605 is 1 or 2 ranges cooler than stock ( guess)
Maybe the prior owner was running NOS? Whats the factory plug?
Whats a good choice plug? NGK?

the autolite's are definately not the factory plug. factory is an AC delco plug. i ran delco's for a while and have had trouble with them lately. i would buy NGK's. they are a decent plug and they are cheap.
