Plug colder than autolite 106?

Plug colder than autolite 106?

I took a look at my plugs and it looks as the combustion chamber is running hot.

Which autolite plug is one step colder than the 106?....105?

What about other brands, NGK, etc. What plug # is one step colder than stock?

Autolite 104's are one heat range colder than stock
Autulite 103's are two heat range colder than stock
