it is has a blue base and is like a hole new unit right? or is it just a new stick.. that and to change it i would have to take off the console and some other things right?

a stealth performance short stick would just be a new stick (it is pretty much the same as Lou's)

yup the b&m has a blue base and is one whole unit. and yes you have to take the console out. shouldnt take any longer then 30 mins. to install. you will need some rtv sealant though.
