Hi, looking to buy the bbk ssi 85mm intake and throttlebody. It seems to be a nice setup. I don't want the ls6 as everyone has that, i like to be different. The only cons i have heard is so called "heatsoak" issues? I don't get that, when i had my 99 stang gt, i upgraded to a metal bullitt intake and pick up 8.7 horses over the plastic intake. Anyone with real world experiences on the bbk setup?

 

LS6 intake for stock cars.
LS6 intake + ported TB for cam-only cars.
FAST 90/90 setup for heads/cam or stroker motor cars.

True, but one is metal (bullitt) and the stocker is plastic.
