Any Headers that dont screw with ground clearance?
Any Headers that dont screw with ground clearance?
I want to let my baby breathe better but dont want to have to deal with exhaust leaks in the future. Are there any headers that dont reduce ground clearance?

My Macs are well over a year old and have very minimal rust, and the car is driven daily. My 70 SS had the same headers on it for 12 years. They don't rust out that fast.
Besides, how many people keep their car over 2-3 years anymore anyway? Something new comes along and they get rid of it.
Then you can also look at having a 380-400 whp car for the same cash that your option would cost while only producing 315-350 hp (depending on mods). Not everyone has the disposable income to spend the same amount as a set of ported heads on a pair of headers.

My Pacesetters give great clearance. Unless you get SLP's the headers won't be the problem, a 3" Y with cats and round instead of crushed will hang lower on the driver's side than the headers.
