Airbox raiser?

It is slow at work tonight, (I work in a USAF ER) so I am goofing off surfing the net. I just found this thing on e-bay:

Air Box Raiser

Never heard of it! I can see how it would increase the inlet in the front, but I don't think it'd be as good as free ram-air. What do you all think?

Oh yeah, check this one out too, LMFAO!

I am sorry if I come off to be a @$$ because I am truly not trying to be, not in the technical forums anyways.

I would reccomend the rasing the air box over the FRA. The FRA gets the air filter very dirty and has little to no ram air effect. Raising the air box would let air in easier with out getting the air filter so dirty. Whatever you do, don't by a kit off of ebay for it! All you need is to put some spacers under the screws.

That stickers awesome. Some people in the lounge were thinking about taking off the watermarket and printing it them self.

The ram air wouldn't be effective as ram air if you have an opening other then the ram air opening.
