Strange problem with the new car. The drivers side doorlock will unlock with the remote(alarm) and switch, but will not lock with either.

The passenger doorlock works perfect.

I will be replacing the window motor, so it will be the perfect time to check it out. Any ideas?

A similar topic can up yesterday. I would do a search. You might start out by reprgramming the key fob then troubleshoot from there. Good luck.

 

Cool. I will search. Unfortunately, it does not work on the switch on the door panel either.
