So what do you think about this engine? What performance or gas mileage advantages would it have over a traditional small block chevy w/ simlilar power?
To answer your qeustion (and not the unasked question of EFI vs. Carb) ... you will probably not have better fuel mileage and performance from this carb'ed LS2 over a traditionally SBC ... if both have the same output. But it will have a higher cool factor to it when you pop the hood.
