"no, you cant use shorties with those, you absoltely have to have lnog tubes unless you wanna start fabbing up a custom Y pipe,"

whoa...easy killer

you CAN use shorties with those setups, although it won't be a direct bolt up. you'll have to have a shop make the connection pipe from the header collector to the collector on the exhaust. it probably wouldn't even be too difficult, you could probably use the front part of the current Ypipe (from the shorties) to make the transition.
not a major setback...but some custom fabbing to consider.

"unless you wanna start fabbing up a custom Y pipe"

why would he need a ypipe fabbed up to run duals????

Re: ls1 true duals

since you are already looking at exhaust fab work, you should check with your local exhaust shop to see what they would charge you for making one.

Re: ls1 true duals

i'd do it for only 1 arm and 2 teeth. Its not that hard to do, if you have a freind that knows how to weld, make some measurements and have them do it. you might have to drive areound for a day with open headers... =) but who wants to do that.. =)

No, I am pretty sure what Teke meant is why would you need a y-pipe for a true dual exhaust setup???
