Give Futral Motorsports a call. They are off of I-12 in Walker towards Baton Rouge and are the best LSx-engine shop around.
Apparently Dart has been having problems with the valve seals on their LS1 heads since they released them. I know about 4 people who got the 205s and 225s and they all do the same thing. Smoke. (I also had some)
I'd stay away from the Dart heads or at the very least change the valveseals in them.
