1LE Suspension Track Setup

I have a 2002 Camaro SS with the 1le suspension upgrade and I was wondering what the best track setup would be for the 1/4 mile. I can adjust the shocks and struts from firm to soft. I dont know if it needs to be firm all around or soft in the front and firm in the back or vise versa. Thanks,Brandon

Since your DA's are adjustable for both compression and rebound, you might try cranking up the compression up front and the rebound in the back, and going full soft on the rebound up front and the compression out back. This will allow the front end to come up, while allowing the rear to compress. It will then tend resist a change in that stance.
