Okay I'm Just curious what all it will take to swap out the old 3.4 for a 5.3. I have a donor 94 z28 that the body has been completely beaten in with a sledge.. also i have a 5.3 that was purchased from a junkyard.. what else is required to do this swap.. and i know it's "cheaper" to go buy a ls1 Camaro but this one has sentimental value.

 

It's the same as doing an LS1 swap, except you drop the 5.3 in. There are dozens of threads on that swap already, which can be easily found by searching here, any other F-body forum, or even Google.

 

Find a used LS1 K-member or get an aftermarket one. That is the big enabler.
