1/4 mile predictions. 98 SS

If I HAD to take a guess i'd say a few 1/10s.
Considering it's true duals, if you had a LID to go with it, probably a flat 13, maybe even dip into a 12.9 ... LS1's respond very nicely to breathers...
Well it's not far fetched at all. I know there are a few bone stock LS1's that were able to run flat 13's no mods, albeit most of them were M6's with good drivers. Most LS1's with full boltons and good tires / suspension setup can easily see mid 12's... ...go into internal motor, heads cam then they can get into mid to high 11's... anything beyond that is going to be expensive though...
OH P.S. I just realised you had a 98 (I saw it but it didn't click till now)... It would be a serious worthy investment to replace your intake with an LS6 Intake and delete the EGR... That, a lid,SSRA, true duals, and a tune should easily get you into the 12's with a good launch...

EGR is deleted with the kooks 1 7/8 race headers took care of that. Next mod is a fully built tranny with stall and yes looking into ls6 intake. My buddy is returning his car back to stock and selling it so i am getting good deal on tranny and stall. Got the headers for 500 from him. He just got them about a month ago and got about maybe 25 miles on them.
unfortantly didnt get my 12 got a 13.04. I got there late and only got a total of three pass one i had to brake due to a car that decided to drive in my lane. Also had to hot lap every pass due to getting there realy late. But i believe she has a 12 in her with the setup. Tobad we wont get that slip till next season. I will have a intake and stall by then so hopefully mid 12s atleast.
