**Dilemma.....Need help quick!!**
Ok guys, need your help. I purchased a dual exhaust custom setup. Here is a pic. http://fusion.cz28.com/exhaust1.jpg This setup is meant to bolt up directly to MAC mid lengths. I can get MACs for $350 and have the ease of bolting them right up. Now I have been thinking of going with Hooker LTs for $409 that come with all the bolts and gaskets. The problem is I do not know how much it will cost to have the exhaust modified to fit the LTs. Also, the collectors on the LTs are 3" and the pipes on the exhaust are 2 1/2". Will there be a problem with bottlenecking the airflow? I just feel for the few extra bucks the LTs will be worth it but I am concerned with how much it would cost for a muffler shop to re-fit it. Please let me know any suggestions. Thanks!!

your statement was correct...the LT's will be worth the money. do not bother wasting your time and money on anything other than long tubes...its just not worth it. as for the cost of modifiying the pipes, i do not know that. i suggest simply calling around your area and various muffler shops and find out.
