The battery cables are not part of the engine wiring harness. They are stand-alone.
Are you asking about the main engine harness? If so, Shoebox has a photo, with clickable feature. It's for a 95, but is virtually identical to your 94:

i wasnt sure if the battery cables were supposed to be part of the engine harness or not.

Unplug the plugs under the dash on the passenger side, unbolt the pcm under the hood, pop the rubber grommet in the firewall behind the pcm loose , feed connectors through firewall
