the wipers on my car seemed like they went bad, i bought new wipers but when i went to put them on, i noticed the springs inside the wiper arms werent pulling the wipers down to the window, where ever i put the arm to, they stayed. unlike my other camaro when they lock in the up position, and then slam down when i put them down.

is this a issue with the spring inside or something else with the wiper?

any idea how to fix it? wd40?
